All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. We may cancel and refund any order we are unable to fulfill, including in cases of suspected fraud or a pricing error.

Shipping and delivery

Orders ship free within the United States and most arrive within 2–5 business days. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these terms.

Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee counted from the day of delivery. Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms and governs all returns and refunds. Where any other page on this site describes a different return window, the Return & Refund Policy prevails.

Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel; once an order has entered processing we cannot guarantee a cancellation, but the 30-day guarantee still applies after delivery.

Digital material included with an order

Some orders include a digital guide delivered by email. It is a free bonus for personal use, is not sold separately, and does not change the refund terms of the physical product.
