Every order from Nexion Store is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered.
If the product isn't right for you — even if you have already used it — email contact@nexionstore.com within 30 days of delivery and we will reply with your return address and simple instructions. Once your return is on its way back to us, we issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
The details
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Normal signs of use are fine — you have to actually use a product to know whether it works for you.
- If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us first. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping costs, and in most cases no return is needed.
- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Refunds cover the full product price. Shipping was free on your order, so there is nothing else to deduct.
- Any digital guide included with a physical product is a free bonus, is yours to keep, and is never deducted from your refund.
- Please write to us before shipping anything back, so we can give you the correct return address for your order.

This policy governs all returns and refunds for orders placed on nexionstore.com. Where any other page on this site describes a different return window, this policy prevails.
